Missô Aká 500g
Aka miso is a fermented soybean paste with added rice and salt. It contains a higher proportion of soybeans in its formulation, resulting in a more pronounced color and flavor. It is the main ingredient in miso soup, a typical Japanese dish. Ideal for seasoning meats, stir-frying vegetables, and in sauces, noodles, soups, and broths, among other uses.
